Tele M hosted the first DUPLEX in Romanian television history, the first interactive TV shows with viewers by phone, to confer the audience the possibility to address the local and governmental authorities, cultural personalities and celebrities. Ticu Isari made known his television, Tele'M ,on international television markets as Cannes, Budapest, Monte Carlo, Berlin, being recognized as one of the best televisions in Eastern Europe. He always put his viewer's interests first and took great pride in his work.
His journalistic career was rewarded with the Academic Prize "Vasile Pogor" for his extraordinary contribution, by means of mass media communication, to society and for his outstanding results in his work along the years.
His position as founder president of Rotary International in Iasi, Romania ,played a key role in his community, improving the quality of health and social system, through humanitarian service , helping people in need.Ticu Isari currently lives in Canada, Ottawa. He is the manager of Dracula Film, a video production company ,which enjoys a wonderful success.

In 2005 he was named the Ambassador of his Rotary Club from New Westminster ,British Columbia. He had the privilege to change banners with Rotary Club in Ottawa, president Hellen Duff.
